​Classes start at 9am unless otherwise indicated

Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut now all require a 6 hour class and pass the exam to me a CERTIFIED FOOD SAFETY MANAGER. Rhode Island requires the FOOD SAFETY MANAGER to re-certify every 3 years by taking the Food Safety Examination.

If students wish to study ahead of the class they maypick up the text book in advance or schedule the exam fo a future date.


Full Certification Classes-----------$175.00/person (Comes with the class, textbook and exam)

​Re-Certifications with full class---------------$150/person

Re-Certification is the certification exam --------$100.00/person

Textbooks are available for studying for the re-certification class $30.00/book  Textbooks contain, in addition to the class materials, 100+ sample questions

Multi unit organizations should call for corporate rates

Re-certification Exams can be 

​scheduled any day by calling for an appointment

Classes and exams may be scheduled in the evening hours or on weekends when necessary

​Classes can be scheduled on site for your employees convenience
