​FOOD SAFETY MANAGER CLASSES.

Re-certification Exams are given on Certification class dates at 1:00PM or by arrangement.


Full Certification Classes-----------$200.00/person (Comes with the class, textbook and exam)


Re-Certification is the certification exam --------$100.00/person


Textbooks are available for studying for the re-certification class $30.00/book  Textbooks contain, in addition to the class materials, 100+ sample questions


Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut now all require a 6 hour class and pass the exam to me a CERTIFIED FOOD SAFETY MANAGER. Rhode Island requires the FOOD SAFETY MANAGER to re-certify every 3 years by taking the Food Safety Examination.


If students wish to study ahead of the class they maypick up the text bok in advance or schedule the exam fo a future date.
